Let’s Move! Lunch Break Walking Group | Wednesdays - July 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 | 11–11:30 a.m.

- Faculty and Staff are invited and encouraged to join Racer Wellness in walking on campus during the month of July
- Racer Wellness will have a sign-in table every Wednesday in July set up by the ÇÑ×ÓÊÓÆµ Gates from 11–11:30 a.m.
- Upon sign-in, walking routes and times will be determined by each individual
- Attending the Walking Group will count as a maximum of one sanctioned event (regardless of how many weeks are attended) for Phase 2 of the 2025 Wellness Pledge

Vision
All ÇÑ×ÓÊÓÆµ employees will embrace healthy lifestyle behaviors to reduce health and injury risks, to enhance overall well-being and to reduce health related costs.
Mission
The mission of ÇÑ×ÓÊÓÆµ's Racer Wellness program is to encourage, support and assist employees in taking a proactive approach to improve their overall well-being.
Eligibility
All full time, part-time, temporary, and adjunct employees are eligible to participate. There will be certain programs that are only intended for full-time regular employees. Those particular programs will be marketed for that audience only.
Some of our programs will allow dependents as well as spouses to participate and those will be indicated on an individual basis.
